Her extensive industry exposure and understanding of pharmaceutical operations, quality, and manufacturing contribute to Favnox’s commitment to excellence, quality, and sustainable growth.

Mr. G. Sushant Kumar

Director

It’s our pleasure to introduce Favnox Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. visioned and founded by our Technical Director, Mr. G. Sushant Kumar, has been an experienced Pharmacist, with more than 21 years of experience in the Pharma field.

Favnox Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is the result of meticulous planning, Sterile formulation Research & Development, Pharma Consultancy Services and Injectable Products Manufacturing and Marketing over the last two years.

Mr. Sushant Kumar has a strong technical track records of success in multiple roles in his career with Mylan laboratories Ltd, Symbiotec Pharmalab Ltd, Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Ciron Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, Stanex Drugs & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. etc. During which he held various senior level positions in strategic Planning and Development, Quality & Market Development.

He is also serving as a Director (Operations & Business Development) of Micropure Parenteral Private Limited.

Mr. Shreenath Panigrahy

Director - Operations & Business Development

Mr. Shreenath Panigrahy is a Biotechnologist with an MBA in Business Analytics and a strategic business leader with expertise in pharmaceutical operations, business development and organisational growth.

As Co-Founder and Director of Favnox Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., he spearheads strategic initiatives, operational development, strategic partnerships and business expansion across domestic and international markets. Blending scientific acumen, analytical insight and entrepreneurial vision, he champions data-driven decision-making, operational excellence and sustainable growth. His leadership is focused on identifying emerging opportunities, fostering strategic relationships and strengthening Favnox's capabilities to establish a resilient and globally competitive pharmaceutical enterprise.

Mr. Wajid Ali Khan

Quality Head

Mr. Wajid Ali Khan joined Favnox Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd as ‘Quality Head’ with a company-wide remit to transform how new technologies are used to improve the quality. He works with individuals and teams to improve Quality Operations efficiency. Evaluate information to confirm that products comply with the regulations. He has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Mr. Khan has held Team Leader Positions in various reputed organizations, where his responsibilities included; Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Development of product strategies.

He earned post-graduate degree in Microbiology from SRTM University and Graduated in Chemistry from Osmania University, respectively.

Dr. N. K. Khandelwal

Quality & Regulatory Advisor

Dr. Nand Kishore Khandelwal brings over 30 years of experience in Quality and Regulatory Operations, serving multiple global life science companies as a consultant, advisor, and also held leadership roles in India's leading life sciences companies.

He brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, developing quality management systems, implementation of cGMP practices, managing complex transformations, and helping meet FDA approvals. He advised and developed remediation strategies to address FDA warning letters and implemented continuous improvement programs to transform quality and compliance.

Mr. Arun Kumar Dash, FCA

Financial Advisor

Mr. Arun Kumar Dash is a well-known practicing Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of ICAI. He has more than 30 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Income Tax, GST, Management Consultancy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business finance, Ind AS, IFRS, Costing, Pricing & Deal Structuring, Treasury, Fund management, Merger & Acquisitions, Project management, Team Development, Mentoring Start-ups and Family Business.

He has held senior positions in large multinational and Indian companies i.e., PWC, Feedback Infra, WNS, Vodafone, Mphasis, WNS, Hyva, Usha Martin etc. He has also done a senior management program from IIM Kolkata and qualified Independent Directorship Certification course. He also serves as an independent director in one listed Company.
